Hey guys, It's my first post, so feel free to be as judgmental as possible. Here's the story of me finding, reviving, cleaning, and ultimately selling a '93 Mazda RX-7 FD.
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
TL;DR:
I bought it on ebay for 5 grand, it wasn't running for nearly 10 years, I got it running, changed out the seats, some body panels and did a full detail and restoration of all wear and tear items and sold it for almost double what I got it for. Also drive the crap out of it and did burnouts and had a smile on my face the entire time.

Rust sucks. Beautiful car, but probably the right call selling it judging from those photos.

It actually had no rust at all. The car was in a garage for 7 years then put in a yard for the remaining 2, where it was under a tree, so it didn't get any direct sunlight and was somewhat shielded from the elements. The biggest issue with that car was just making it run properly, which went much better than expected. If I could keep it, I definitely would.

You got it! I'm writing about a Porsche 944S as we speak, and I have a BMW E39 M5, E36 M3, and W220 S600 V12 TT to write about. They all have their stories.

I really enjoyed this! I love stories of cars getting a second life. The RX8 seats look great too. Thanks for making me spend half an hour on autotrader looking at FDs too <3

Oh thanks man. I've used craigslist in the past for cars but never ebay because I'm wary of buying something sight unseen. I've heard good things about ebay classifieds though.
